Shipment Completion¶
This page explains what happens after the destination depot officer processes your in-transit orders.
Automatic Completion¶
When the destination depot officer accepts all orders from your shipment:
- The shipment status changes from dispatched to completed
- The shipment moves from your In Transit tab to Completed
- You are no longer responsible for those orders
Info
This happens automatically — you don't need to take any action. The shipment completes as soon as the depot officer has accepted every order in it.
Partial Acceptance¶
If a shipment contains multiple orders, the depot officer may accept them at different times. The shipment remains in In Transit until ALL orders have been accepted. You can check progress by viewing the shipment details.
What If Orders Are Not Accepted?¶
If the depot officer does not accept your orders (e.g. they are unavailable or there's a discrepancy):
- Contact the depot officer directly to confirm they see the orders
- If needed, you can Return to Source and bring the shipment back
- You can also Reassign to another transporter if you cannot wait
