Destination Depot Officer

The Destination Depot Officer is responsible for accepting incoming orders that arrive automatically from in-transit shipments, organizing orders into dispatch batches for pickup delivery, and assigning dispatchers or drivers for last-mile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Accept incoming orders at the destination depot (orders auto-appear when in transit)
• Create dispatch batches grouping orders by pickup point
• Assign dispatchers to batches
• Assign drivers for door delivery orders
• Handle dispatcher and driver accept/decline responses
