Revenue Reports¶
This guide covers how to configure scheduled revenue reports that are delivered to your inbox summarizing delivery performance metrics. Reports can be sent daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly to one or more email recipients.
Prerequisites¶
- You are logged in as a courier owner (or a team member with appropriate write permission)
- Your courier application has been approved
- You have at least one active country configured
- You can access the Config Hub from the courier home screen
Steps¶
Step 1: Navigate to Revenue Reports¶
Open the Config Hub and select the Country Operations tab (Tab 2). Use the country selector dropdown at the top to choose the relevant country. Then tap Revenue Reports to open the reports configuration screen.
Step 2: Enable revenue reports¶
Toggle the Enable Revenue Reports switch to turn on scheduled report delivery.
Info
When enabled, the toggle shows "Reports will be sent on schedule". When disabled, no reports are sent regardless of other settings on this page.
Step 3: Choose a report cadence¶
Select how often you want to receive revenue reports by choosing one of the following frequency options:
| Cadence | Description |
|---|---|
| Daily | Report sent every morning |
| Weekly | Report sent every Monday |
| Bi-weekly | Report sent on the 1st and 15th of each month |
| Monthly | Report sent on the 1st of each month |
Tip
The cadence selection is only active when reports are enabled. If you need to temporarily stop reports, use the enable toggle rather than removing recipients.
Step 4: Add email recipients¶
Under Report Recipients, enter email addresses for people who should receive the reports.
- Type an email address in the "Add email address" field
- Press Enter or tap the + button to add it
- Repeat for additional recipients
Added recipients appear as chips below the heading. To remove a recipient, tap the × on their chip.
Warning
Each email address is validated before being added. Invalid addresses are rejected with an error message. Duplicate addresses are silently ignored.
Step 5: Save settings¶
Changes are saved automatically as you make them — toggling the enable switch, changing cadence, or adding/removing recipients all persist immediately.
Result¶
After completing these steps:
- Revenue reports are generated and emailed to all listed recipients at the selected cadence
- Each report includes the following performance metrics:
- Revenue earned per country
- Number of deliveries completed
- Average revenue per delivery
- Comparison versus the previous period
- Delivery success rate
- Breakdown of seamless versus communication-required orders
- Average timing metrics: warehouse dwell, transit time, depot dwell, last-mile delivery, and consolidation wait
- Per-order timing breakdown attached as CSV
- Disabling the toggle stops all future report emails without losing your cadence or recipient settings
- Re-enabling resumes reports with existing configuration intact
Troubleshooting¶
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cadence options not responding | Reports are disabled | Enable revenue reports using the toggle at the top of the screen before selecting a cadence. |
| Email not accepted | Invalid email format entered | Ensure the email address follows standard format (e.g. name@domain.com). |
| Duplicate email not appearing | Email already exists in recipient list | Each email can only be added once. Check existing chips for the address. |
| Not receiving reports | Email address has a typo or reports are disabled | Verify the recipient list and confirm the enable toggle is on. Check spam/junk folders. |
| "Error" message on save | Network issue or server error | Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact support. |
| No recipients message showing | All recipients have been removed | Add at least one email address to receive reports. |
