Source Depot Officer

The Source Depot Officer is responsible for receiving procured goods at the South African depot, grouping orders into shipments, uploading depot receipt documents, and assigning transporters to move shipments to destination depots.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming orders from procurement
• Upload depot receipt documents
• Change destination depot for orders when needed (operational re-routing)
• Group orders into shipments
• Assign transporters to shipments
• Handle transporter accept/decline responses
